"I just wanted to praise the work that's been done in our building on the ceilings.  The first floor, where I am, looks wonderful.  The construction crew has been so friendly, hard working, and careful about clean up- I've been really impressed.  This past week they have amazed me with how much they've accomplished.  I just wandered up and down the hall a few minutes ago to see which rooms had been done, and they're ALL done- remarkable.  I was chatting with 2 people- supervisors I believe- and saying what a great job the workers had done, and they suggested I send an e-mail to someone that counts.  That's you.  I just wanted to make sure their amazing efforts are recognized. Also, the changes have had the desired effect- not only does it look great and we now have sprinklers- but for the first time in the 20 years that I've been here, the building is cool in the summer.  YIPPEE.  I assume it will also be warm in the winter and students can take off their coats and gloves in class.  So- thank you."

"The response I have received from faculty and Program Coordinators to the lighting changes have been 90% positive. In several areas, the light intensity seems to be even better than before [ie: Automotive lab areas]. In other areas, the light intensity seems to be about the same, but adequate for instruction. In addition, the installers have been very congenial, and easy to work with. Overall, this aspect of the project has been well conducted.  Thanks for you continued support to resolve any issues which arise."

"The University of Central Missouri is currently undergoing a sustainability project and the WC Morris Science Building has been under construction since June.  One of the projects in WCM was the installation of a fire suppression system which contractors from your company installed.  I wanted to bring to your attention the names of those individuals to let you know what a great job they did.  They were an exceptional crew to work with.  Classes and business was being conducted while they worked in the building and they were all very respectful of time, space, and noise as they worked around students, faculty, staff, and wide-ranging schedules.  I worked often with Don in scheduling areas within the building to work.  He would give me an estimate of how much time he would need and always the job was completed well within that time frame.  This was greatly appreciated especially during a specific two week period when numerous large classes were relocated out of the auditorium.  Faculty were apprehensive about this move figuring that the estimated 2 weeks would increase long beyond Don's estimate.  But he was true to his word and classes resumed on schedule.  These gentlemen were polite and courteous to all in the building and more than one individual mentioned to me their appreciation of your contractors.  You have good men working for you with a strong work ethic."
